Mustang engineers have introduced Quiet Start which allows Ford Mustang GT owners to schedule the time of the day to roar their V8 engines in order to avoid waking up or disturbing the neighbors. Vehicle noise has been reported as one of the most annoying noises made by neighbors. Quiet Start is an exhaust mode which closes valves in order to restrict the level of noise produced.
